- Copy & Proposal Writer
- You are experienced in writing technical documentation, project proposals and copywriting for content and marketing.
- You can write in artful perfection and have an uncanny talent for proofreading.
- Project Manager
- You have at least 10 successful projects under your belt with direct contact to clients and know how to manage expectations with ease. (Enterprise-level client experience highly preferred)
- You can lead the team to get stuff done on time and budget.
- You understand common technical lingoes and may even have been a developer at some point in your life, but can talk in a personable normal human language.
- PHP/MySQL Developers

- You have guru-level knowledge of Magento. You don't scour the forum for answers but write the answers for the open source community.
- You know Git and have at least working knowledge of system administration.
- You have extensive experience with jQuery or Prototype.
- You're a PHP/MySQL developer.
- Visual Designer

- You design for clarity and simple beauty. You don't use a typeface just because it's the latest hot thing, but because you understand the considerations to be made for the overall integrity of the design.
- UX Designer

- You can test, strategize, then deliver findings via simple and elegant wireframes.
- Frontend Developer

- You are a picky implementer of design. Your attention to detail proves itself in pixel perfect HTML/CSS.
- You have extensive experience with jQuery or Prototype.
- You have extensive experience theming for Magento.
